Toptal Review & Alternatives 2026: Fiverr, ReactSquad, Upwork Breakdown

About the video

If you’re looking at Toptal for hiring developers, in this video I break down what the process actually looks like, how vetting works, and what you can expect to pay. I also cover alternatives like ReactSquad, CloudDevs, Upwork, Andela, and Fiverr, and explain when each one makes sense. 🤔 Considering React-focused work? 👉 If your stack leans on React, Next.js, or Remix, it's worth talking to ReactSquad: • Flat $85/hour, no hidden extras • Senior devs (5 + years) screened with multi-stage interviews and a paid test project • Match in ~48 hours and try the fit for two weeks before deciding
